Software and product localization is an art.

It is a complex process that goes well beyond just translation — into marketing, training, and providing support to both local teams and end users.

I have been working in the IT sector since 1999, gradually narrowing down my specialization to software and product localization. In software projects involving translation, I focus mainly on German-Czech localization and translation, but I provide a much broader range of services as a trainer, consultant and independent localization expert:

Software and product localization projects — translations and localizations of software, websites, e-commerce and online platforms, iOS and Android apps; user manuals for software and other products according to required specifications
Remote and local training support for developers, regional managers, branch employees, important clients as well as end users
Remote and local product support involving marketing, customer service, technical support, reporting, problem solving, etc.

If you are not experienced in the localization of software or products for other markets, my first and only advice would be: Don’t do this alone, and hire an experienced pro to help you. Many projects fail for lack of experience, wasting investors’ capital and damaging brand reputation.

I work with company clients all over Central Europe who want to expand their business territory into other countries and languages. I may join your project as a part of your team, or simply provide the necessary support and expertise you need in order to succeed.
