My qualifications include a number of Atlassian certificates (Atlassian Certified Expert, ACP-400: JIRA Service Desk Administration, ACP-300: Atlassian Certified in Agile Development with JIRA Software, ACP-100: Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator, ACP-500: Atlassian Certified System Administrator) as well as strong analytical background thanks to my PhD studies at Charles University in Prague, and team-management skills earned through dozens of IT projects.
