I have been working as a senior business analyst and a product owner since 2009, successfully completing over 50 IT projects across a range of industries. I have worked for industry leaders such as Avast, Raiffeisen Bank, and Société Générale’s Komercni banka, as well as a number of start-ups.

I specialize in business requirements analysis and creating product strategies for software development teams, developing applications for web and mobile environments. I can help you in various ways: through one-off consultations (regardless of your project's current phase), by creating specific documentation for your application, and by providing product and strategy management of a larger digital portfolio.

As a consultant, I build a 3-way communication bridge between the client, the owner of a project, and the development team. In some instances, I also step in as a product owner myself. Just as each project is unique, my project role evolves and its boundaries are typically set on a project-to-project basis. However, individual activities can be summarized in the following manner:

• Preparing and conducting meetings and demos and strong participation in all agile ceremonies, such as regular Stand-up, Planning, Review, and Retrospective meetings

I prefer agile project management and projects that aim to deliver the greatest business value in the short term and grow gradually, over the large waterfall “big bang” approach.
