My role is to transform companies from their startup or initial stages into process-driven companies – stabilizing and professionalizing the HR function, or assisting in setting up HR for companies entering the European market.

• HR audit and HR strategy setting
• I'll assess how your HR functions: the setup and efficiency of various processes (recruitment marketing and recruitment, onboarding and adaptation, training, rewards and motivation, the benefits system, the career system, performance management, talent care, HR information systems, personnel reporting, organizational structure, process automation, IS utilization, etc.), evaluate your activities/programs, compare them with current trends, and suggest improvements – proposing adjustments and methodologies.
• Collaborating with you and your team, I'll develop a model for HR operations at your company – personnel department, processes, services, systems, etc.
• HR roadmapping – Developing a project plan for implementing the agreed on strategy and changes.
• HR guide – Leading you through changes by taking the role of a project manager or interim HR leader, I'll build your team or monitor quality through quality assurance (QA) and provide your internal team with necessary senior mentoring.

Thanks to my professional education and extensive experience across various HR roles, from leading personnel departments to external consultancy, I provide comprehensive services at a high level. While I do not offer payroll processing or specialized legal advisory services, I can certainly refer you to reliable experts.
