I’m a business designer who combines an empathetic approach with design thinking and hard business strategies.

Here’s what I can design for you:

• Business plans — I create business plans as well as presentations and pitch decks for investors using customer research, simple-yet-powerful ideas, and financial analysis. My goal is to limit your risks and strengthen your position before you launch the real thing.
• Brands — I help organizations from small businesses and nonprofits to startups and large companies to define their core values, culture, identity and the overall brand strategy. This will enable you to outshine competitors and get your message across very clearly.
• Business strategies — I guide business owners and top executives in developing their vision and strategy for the long term. We also set yearly goals and action plans for achieving them. Step by step, you will take full control of your business' future.

I have a few guiding principles. Here they are:

1. Action is more than just another analysis — I don’t complicate things. I get things done.
2. A working prototype wins over future perfection — I design experiments, formulate ideas and test them in real business conditions.
3. Incomplete data is better than no data at all — I start with educated guesses and best-possible estimates, and gradually improve the models by collecting more data.

I usually combine three roles in my work as a business designer:

• Expert — I talk to your customers to understand their behavior and represent their needs in order to enable you to make better business decisions.
• Facilitator — I improve the effectiveness of business meetings and team gatherings. I will guide your work groups through strategic discussions and help them solve complex issues.
• Mentor — I offer a different view on your situation and I share my experience. But most of all, I am a supportive human being with a deep understanding for people I work with.

My results and references speak for themselves. Since 2017, I have been working as a partner at an established consulting firm Court of Moravia, where we help organizations to make their world a better place. Since 2019, I have also been serving as a mentor at CzechInvest to help companies accelerate their global growth. My clientele includes distinguished European brands such as The Aspen Institute, Czech Public Radio, Imago, Lifefood, SalesChamp, and Igloonet.
