I help companies and institutions to develop websites that outperform the competition by meeting specific and measurable goals — to sell, present, persuade, etc.

In my work, I combine evidence-based design approaches, senior expertise and over 20 years of professional experience with hundreds of digital projects — working first as a web designer, then as an independent web consultant, and finally as the owner of a boutique design-consultancy House of Rezac which empowers our clients to assign the development of their web projects with in-depth knowledge and predictable results.

Our clientele includes world-known brands such as Konica Minolta, LG, Pilsner Urquell, Lasvit, and Hartmann. In 2014, I also wrote the first Czech book about web design and development processes (rated 4.2 on Goodreads).

To put it simply, I can help you as an experienced guide, executive consultant, and supervisor for all things online. Most often, I help my clients in redesigning or developing web sites, apps, and e-commerce projects. But I have also extensive knowledge of business development, design research, idea making, prototyping, and business experiments. Here’s an overview of what I do:

• Mentoring of design teams and consulting support

• Business strategy mapping (with Wardley maps and other tools)
• Implementation of continuous design research into your processes
• Training and mentoring of decision-makers, in-house design teams, and agencies
• Supervision of digital projects — websites, apps, e-commerce
• Setting project goals and key parameters
• Creating a plan for your digital project that will lead you to the expected goals
• Choosing the suitable technologies and suppliers
• Participation in key meetings with your suppliers and partners (designers, developers, marketers, consultants, etc.)
• Supervising and checking the quality of their work, using my own fine-tuned processes
