I am a patent attorney specializing in trademark protection and industrial designs. I provide professional consulting services for protecting your intellectual property, as well as representation for the whole TM registration process with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO, for European trademarks), the World International Property Office (WIPO, for international trademarks), the UPV in Czechia (where I am based) and elsewhere.

I am able to advise you on how to protect your brand or product designs and on what level of protection you can enforce on international markets. I can be your expert guide while you create and develop your brand to maximize your chances for successful trademark registration — but also after your brand has been registered and is in use. I can monitor new colliding trademark applications, research and register trademarks for you worldwide.

Thanks to my long-term collaboration with other general attorneys and specialized patent attorneys, I can also provide effective support if there are problems — for example, design and trademark disputes, intellectual property rights enforcement issues and litigation. I have substantial experience with settlements of trademark registration disputes with EUIPO, as well as with other national offices.

I got my university degree in Industrial property from Metropolitan University of Prague. Then I worked for several years in the patent attorney’s office and finally got appointed as an independent patent attorney in 2017. I have attended a number of major international conferences (IPLLA Dubai 2020, EUIPO Alicante 2018), and I am a full member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Licensing Executives Society (LES), and the Czech Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
