As a senior event project manager and a globetrotting producer of exhibition stands backed by my own production company ArtenLux, I help my clients to accomplish the most challenging goals with ease. I spend up to 11 months a year on business trips all around the world — setting up exhibition stands at international trade fairs, conferences, or other local events, as well as showrooms, offices, and permanent expositions.

• Planning — I will be your guide into the unknown, researching and recommending the best events to show up at, and then arranging and planning the whole operation for success.
• Design — Here, your star is born. With my team of designers and architects, we develop a 3D design of your setup, including technical drawings and obligatory static calculations.
• Choosing materials — Furnishing a temporary installation can be costly, so we carefully choose the right materials to match your budget and the duration of the event.
• Customized production — Together with my production team at ArtenLux, we are top-class producers of custom-made expositions that can then be transported anywhere in the world.
• Hiring — I communicate with event organizers, but also hire local personnel for you, such as hostesses, interpreters, catering providers and so on.
• Installation — As an event project manager, I always prefer to supervise the installation at a given site. I communicate with local partners and workers to make sure all fits.

I’ve been working at trade fairs, exhibitions, events and interior designs worldwide for over 10 years. I speak English, Spanish, Arabic, Czech, Slovak, and my clients are from all over the world. Some are based in Europe, like Carpion or the Hospitality Industry Club, others as far-flung as Malaysia’s Creativelab.
