Michal Kolesar

I am a full-stack software developer working as a full-time freelancer since 2005. I approach each new development project as an exciting challenge, and I enjoy working both on small assignments (as a lead solo developer), as well as on large projects where I am a part of a team.

I am responsible and independent. I have a highly developed analytical thinking and proactive work attitude. I’m also a team player and a capable learner with great organizational skills. I deliver most client projects working remotely.

I have successfully completed over 100 projects, including those for renowned brands and clients such as IBM, Tesco, Robert Bosch, Prague City Library, Rossmann, Marlboro, Erste’s Ceska Sporitelna, and Societe Generale’s Komercni banka.

I have a degree in Software Project Management and I am continuously educating myself in the field. When I'm not working, I clean my head by running, swimming or cycling.

Lastly, I would like to thank all headhunters and HR agencies for their interest, but I don’t seek full-time employment nor to be bodyshopped as a self-employed via some agency. I am an independent professional negotiating my prices and assignments without any intermediaries.
