As a professional e-learning designer, I offer comprehensive services in the creation and development of e-learning courses, as well as evaluations and consultations of e-learning solutions and systems.

Importantly, I have a Master’s degree in adult education (i.e. andragogy) from the renowned Masaryk University in Brno (2012), and over 10 years of professional experience with e-learning. I also have a strong practical background in web development, which enables me to understand both the educational and technical aspects of e-learning.

• Design of e-learning systems — Learning management systems (LMS) with extended content administration and a full study agenda. Among other things, they feature advanced administration of teachers and students, questionnaires, quizzes and certificates.
• Training services — I can train your staff to work with established e-learning solutions such as Moodle (for course creators), Articulate Storyline (authoring software), and other tools used in the e-learning industry. A personal remark: When I began my professional training in the mid 2000s, e-learning was mostly a niche topic for experts. In 2020, however, the demand for e-learning skyrocketed — and it went totally mainstream. The problem was, however, there were not nearly enough experts for the transition to go smoothly. From Zoom fatigue, to disrupted Work-Life boundaries, workers were often exhausted by the technology. My job is to change that. For over a decade, we have had both the knowledge and the tools to use technologies properly in order to support knowledge workers, rather than to merely distract their attention. E-learning is one of the keys to the solution, and I will be happy to show you how to wield it.
