I am able to provide complete analysis, design, and testing services that result in highly professional and efficient solutions. I mainly focus on the development of (internal) information systems for medium and larger companies. I am also highly competent in creating presentation websites, online stores and apps. These are the main areas I can help you with:
- Analyses — competitive analysis, project and product analysis, market analysis, SWOT
- Sketching — low/high fidelity sketches, designs, and visual idea-making
- Goals — only with well-set goals, will we be able to tell whether or not we have succeeded in delivering the desired results
- Prototyping — linking (mostly) high-fidelity design for internal and public testing
- Scenarios — designing walkthrough scenarios for testing with users so that gaps and issues in the system/app/website can be identified
- Testing — I can organize, run, and analyze a complete testing with users, including recordings, scenario walkthroughs, and delivery of rewards (coupons, cash rewards, etc.)
- Complete UI design — I am capable of fully designing the user interface of systems, apps, websites and online stores
I have over 10 years of development experience. I am also the founder of šikmo digital agency, thanks to which I am able to provide complementary services such as development, SEO (on-page, off-page), marketing services, or complex brand design.

- I've been programming for over 10 years (I’ve passed most of this work on to my colleague, but I still enjoy developing my logical-thinking skills)

- I enjoy user testing the most because that’s when we actually see with the client how users are using our product, and very often some aha- or wow moments are revealed in real time (clients watch live testing with users, if they have time)
Organizing and teaching courses
For several years, we have been helping companies turn their junior team members into middle experts in coding, programming and design. Outside of the B2B segment, I’ve been given the opportunity to teach UX/UI at IT Step Prague since 2021, and some of my students have already found jobs in the UX/UI field (for example, at AirBank or Sloneek).
1st design-system-based WordPress builder
After several years of tinkering and trying to build various solutions, I have reached the point where we have developed our own in-house WordPress builder — the Webtero server/hosting.
Webtero is the first WordPress builder that is almost exclusively built with systems design in mind. Our complex-but-simple low-code solution has been mastered by every client so far, and now, after the successful first phase, we are embarking on version 2.0, which aims to build a global product.
