I specialize in IT consulting and Google Workspace (former G Suite). I am an authorized Google Cloud Partner, which enables me, as a Google reseller, to provide a full range of related professional Google Workspace services, including setup, user migration, onboarding, training, and expert support.
I have 30 years of experience in IT. I began my professional career in Zoner (maker or well-known Zoner Photo Studio) as a developer, then led my team and ultimately spent four years as their technical director of the Software Division. Then I went freelance in 2012 and have been in business as an independent professional ever since — loving my job, my family, our little daughters, as well as living in Europe.
What I do
I offer solutions to computer problems. I answer your web, cloud, and computer-related questions with jargon-free answers understandable for human beings. I help companies implement Google Workspace so that each of their employees can achieve more. I organize open, individual, and company training events and I've been doing this for years, both in the Czech Republic and across the European Union.
As of May 2020, I have:
- implemented Google Workspace (G Suite) in 361 companies, as well as many freelancers
- done 517 training events of Google Workspace (G Suite) for a total of 5059 attendees
- produced webinars and video courses with a rating average of 98/100
- been helping with Google Workspace (G Suite) in companies like Raiffeisenbank, PwC, and Whirlpool
- a jumper with a Google Certified Deployment Specialist logo on it :-)
I love process management
My daily work is based on precise, fine-tuned workflows. I hate mistakes, and that is precisely why I love process management. If I do something repeatedly, I take time to describe it, and if someone can do the work better, faster, or cheaper, I often choose to delegate it to my trusted assistant or colleague. I have even participated in the development of the super-simple process management app called Procesoid.
