Firsthand recommendations

We contracted Sebastian, to assist us with onsite communications and project management support during the installation and commissioning of a large consumer goods manufacturing process in the Czech Republic through August, September and October of 2016. The majority of the equipment was purchased from China and had to be installed and integrated with other European equipment using both local and multiple vendor support. The project team was made up of Chinese, Czech and English personnel so good clear communications between all parties was a key factor for us to achieve a successful start-up. Sebastian’s role included, project management support and interpretation between Czech, Chinese, and English: 1/ Technical information during our start and end of shift meetings. 2/ Progress meetings with individual vendors. 3/ Ongoing onsite communications between technicians installing and commissioning the equipment. Sebastian’s professional attitude and persona quickly helped him integrate with the project team. He was keen to have an understanding of the equipment which helped him during interpretation, especially the technical aspects. He was able to work on his own initiative, always aware of the site activities and applying himself where his language skills were needed. I would certainly engage him again on any similar future projects and would highly recommend him to others seeking, quick efficient communications between these languages. Many thanks.

Mr. Sebastian Aguas provided interpreting services for my project in the Czech Republic in 2023. His work consisted of interpreting between our staff (Chinese) and local clients (Czech).
