Before Mr Beran, I had worked with other PPC specialists. The last one cost me 250,000 over two years and achieved absolutely nothing for that money, not counting the crazy advertising budgets. The e-shop went nowhere, I felt like giving up on everything, and above all the money was gone for good. I have been working with Mr Beran for more than a year and he has worked wonders with our e-shop. A few points to describe our cooperation: 1) He took over our slowly growing e-shop in July 2019, right at the start of the summer slowdown, and the numbers immediately began to rise. Since then, every month has brought twice the turnover of the same month the previous year. 2) He manages Sklik, Google Ads, Favi, Biano and Heureka - and charges less for all of this than any other agency I have come across (and I have tried several). When Covid hit, he lowered his fee on his own initiative to help his clients and never mentioned it again. 3) He keeps PNO at the agreed level, in our case below 15%. Often I am the one trying to persuade him to loosen it a little more, but for him profitability is the holy grail, and that is how it should be. 4) He is honest and communicates clearly - I always know where we stand, what he is working on and why, and what the results are. He also tells me what he needs me to do to make things work even better. Communication goes both ways, and I feel I have a business partner rather than just a service provider. 5) He does not watch the clock; he simply does what is needed. When Favi got a little out of hand, I messaged him at 11 p.m.; at midnight he replied that he was on it, and by 3 a.m. it was done - he excluded products with few conversions that people were merely clicking on, and PNO came down immediately.
