I am a certified German-Czech and Czech-German interpreter and translator, officially appointed by the Municipal Court in Prague. For 30 years, I have been working on the most demanding projects for businesses, institutions and individuals:

  • officially certified German-Czech and Czech-German translations of all types
  • uncertified German-Czech and Czech-German specialized translations — legal, economic and technical
  • officially certified and uncertified German-Czech and German-Czech interpreting services

I’m a full member of the prestigious Chamber of Court Appointed Interpreters and Translators of the Czech Republic (KSTCR) and the Czech Union of Interpreters and Translators (JTP). Born in 1965 in Brno, I completed my university studies at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. In 1990, I passed the state examination in German. In 1991, I started working as a translator and interpreter of German and was later appointed by the Czech state as a certified interpreter of the German language.

My standard translation price is CZK 350 (ca. € 14) per standard page of translated text (including official certification). The price for interpreting is CZK 750 (ca. € 29) per every hour commenced (including official certification). Payments may be made in cash, by bank transfer, using PayPal or a payment card.

Translations of shorter texts of up to ca. 10 standard pages are usually done by the next working day. Translations of longer texts are always done by agreement. The longest deadline is usually 2-3 calendar days.
