I am a translator from English and Polish into Czech, with a focus on marketing, law and HR. My professional experience includes hundreds of thousands of words of translated copy for clients from Central and Western Europe, as well as the USA.

I regularly translate and review the following types of documents:

• Marketing — brochures, leaflets, websites, catalogues, press releases, labels and packaging, newsletters
• Legal — contracts, agreements, terms and conditions, powers of attorney, extracts from the Commercial Register, proof of education certificates, birth/marriage certificates
• Human resources — employment contracts, HR policies and internal procedures, employee handbooks, EHS policies, job descriptions

I have been facilitating communications and ensuring quality translations for company owners, marketing managers, sales staff, HR professionals and lawyers for more than 10 years.

I support customers when they are entering new markets to ensure that their marketing content is as engaging and natural as in the original language. I also assist clients in finding a common language with their business partners abroad as they negotiate terms of cooperation, and I specialize in translating contracts, even more complicated ones. Thanks to my work, HR professionals can be sure that their job descriptions, HR procedures and employment contracts are thoroughly understood by employees who do not speak a foreign language.

I have a degree in International Commerce and HR Management from the Prague University of Economics and Business, and I am also a member of the Czech Union of Interpreters and Translators.

I consistently work to improve my abilities, investing time and money in personal and professional development and seeking ways to increase my efficiency. I use state-of-the art translation tools and software such as Trados Studio, allowing me to maintain uniform and up-to-date terminology for my clients, and I can easily use the expressions to which they are accustomed.
