I’m a data governance manager, consultant, and project manager with over 25 years of professional experience in various job roles and industries.

I have successfully dealt with different responsibilities ranging from production planning, business process analysis, and performance analytics, to creating and leading a global data team.

I also completed a wide range of delicate and business-critical assignments such as managing the master data conversion in the global rollout of the new ERP system and being responsible for strategic and operational decisions concerning logistic service providers.

As an independent consultant, I help customers lead and deliver various projects in data management, data compliance, data quality management, data governance, data architecture, and business intelligence. My services include:

Helping with setting up data quality rules and measurements (KPIs) at different data layers from sources to consumption of data. Experience with different data quality tools in the market. Setting up roles and responsibilities, alerts, monitoring and workflows execution for data quality rules and measurements. Data visualization of data quality KPIs using various tools.
