Since 2010, I have been working as a front-end coder and developer of e-commerce platforms and online stores, websites and advanced web applications. I have created sites for small companies and individuals while also working on complex projects for the successful travel search engine Kiwi.com and the betting and lottery behemoth Sazka, welcoming all the technical challenges these high-traffic websites involve.

• Front-end coding — When coding, I focus mainly on the overall speed of the website or web application (its loading times, data-transfer demands and JavaScript performance). All websites and apps that I code are fine-tuned to perfection, especially regarding their accessibility, usability, browser compatibility, visual impression, and speed. The output of my work is a polished HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript template with ongoing support via GitHub or any other common development tool. My hourly rate is 50 euro.
• Front-end consulting — Do you have a coder or a web development team already in place but still have some concerns about your website’s speed or advanced coding issues? I would be happy to join you as a front-end development consultant, from one-off consulting sessions and web performance audits, to long-term consulting, code reviews, mentoring or front-end supervision. My consulting rate is 100 euro per hour.

For years, I grew professionally as a front-end developer in established companies IT Logica and igloonet. Since going freelance in 2017, I have worked on a range of diverse and ever more complex projects — from small businesses and self-employed, to contract work for the industry leaders Kiwi, Sazka, and Smarty. At the moment, I collaborate long-term with Eppi, Brasty, Timestore, Snowboard Zezula, or Goldea.

I am constantly learning new things, technologies and web standards. I regularly attend expert conferences, meetups, and training events. I have also participated in organizing the Czech community of front-end developers Frontendisti.cz, one of the largest of its kind in Europe. To raise awareness of new web technologies, I also give talks and presentations at selected meetups and conferences, such as the Update Days: Frontend 2022 conference.
