I hired Radan back in 2012 when I was creating the Server provisioning team in AT&T Brno.
I chose him because I saw a great enthusiasm and interest in working for AT&T. His past work record was also very solid and he adapted to the company in very short time. He became one of the best system admins of the team and I don't remember any issues with his projects which means that he managed them independently and carefully. Now lots of time have passed, Radan is even more senior and experienced and I think he would be a added value to any new company or team where he would be given opportunity to work.
