I am an internationally certified, enthusiastic-yet-realistic multilingual coach and mentor (ICF/EMCC), accredited at Kingstown College in Dublin, Ireland.

I help clients navigate major changes in their life, such as midlife crises, career changes, and moving abroad, as well as starting or growing a business. I simply help them to create a better and more satisfying life.

I strongly believe that everyone can create a meaningful and satisfying life — a life in which they will thrive, feel happy, be satisfied and follow their own path that makes sense.

I have worked for more than 15 years in business and marketing. I have seen people grow, work on themselves, build new lives, and even establish small businesses to escape the rat race.

None of this happened by coincidence. Behind every such story was human strength and determination to change the status quo, work on themselves, grow, and move forward.
